Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and identify family and individual needs to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage with clients in crisis scenarios, leveraging a comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, domestic violence, and trauma-informed care.

• Document detailed patient histories, diagnosis notes, treatment plans, and progress to maintain accurate clinical records compliant with organizational standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and clinical psychologists, sharing insights on client psychosocial stressors to achieve effective case management.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field is strongly required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $120,000 and $130,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
