Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a supportive and confidential environment for clients to discuss their emotions and experiences.

• Assist clients in identifying and articulating their therapeutic goals, guiding them toward meaningful progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, primarily focusing on mood disorders. All clients are carefully screened prior to entering the therapy platform, ensuring that therapists engage with stable individuals who present with low acuity concerns. This allows for a therapeutic environment where counselors can effectively apply their skills and impact clients positively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience, particularly focused on mood disorders.

• A proven track record of effective patient outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders.
