Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients, conducting thorough assessments to identify their emotional and behavioral needs.

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of mindfulness and solution-focused therapy, tailored to clients dealing primarily with anxiety, depression, and other related challenges.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and support clients in navigating high-stress situations, leveraging therapeutic techniques to de-escalate and address immediate concerns.

• Engage in regular consultations with family members or significant support systems to coordinate treatment and discharge planning effectively.

• Communicate with medical professionals to report on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on real-time observations and clinical evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in adherence with departmental policies and electronic medical records.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to ensure comprehensive care delivery, incorporating social work interventions where appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
