Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individualized assessments and developing personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation while adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving clients with limited access to mental health services in the Gilbert area. You will help address a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. By utilizing culturally sensitive practices, your approach will accommodate the diverse backgrounds and needs of each client, ensuring an inclusive and effective therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
