Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Manage therapeutic sessions for diverse groups, families, couples, and individual clients, adjusting approaches based on their needs.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress accurately in electronic medical records, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on care strategies.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skill set and stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic methods in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relational issues. As many of our clients have limited access to mental health services, your work will significantly contribute to their healing journey and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is essential, preferably in a clinical or mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technology.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload availability.
