Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and develop individualized therapy strategies, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that aligns with their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance care coordination.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure holistic client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health therapies and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists primarily of individuals and families from underserved backgrounds who may encounter difficulties accessing mental health resources. You will work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
