Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches based on unique client circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, ensuring familiarity with the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
