Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing tools such as standardized assessment scales and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and motivational interviewing.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and encouraging active involvement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Everside, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. Our telehealth setting allows you to reach individuals who may otherwise face barriers to accessing mental health care, including those in rural communities or those balancing work and family responsibilities.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW-Clinical), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or significant experience in mental health counseling, with a history of successful patient outcomes.
