The role offers a flexible remote work environment, primarily structured around a regular workweek from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients to understand their mental health needs, including the development of customized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Engage in active listening during patient sessions to support their journey of sharing personal stories and challenges.

• Diagnose mental and emotional disorders while crafting tailored coping strategies and treatment plans for each patient.

• Facilitate educational sessions aimed at patient and staff understanding of stress and trauma coping mechanisms, thereby equipping them with effective tools for management.

• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimum care.

• Collaborate with medical providers and community organizations, coordinating necessary resources to support patients effectively throughout their recovery process.

• Participate in continuing education courses to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this Counselor role, you will primarily work with trauma injury patients, aiding them in overcoming mental and emotional obstacles. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
