Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to discern clients' mental health needs and create effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that cater to the specific challenges and ambitions of each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate and support clients' families, fostering their involvement in the recovery journey and enhancing the overall support system.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of client progress and adhere strictly to ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse client base, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, with preferred additional training in evidence-based practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective teamwork and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• At Everside Therapy Center, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
