Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Engage actively with trauma injury patients, providing a safe space for them to discuss their experiences, fostering trust, and understanding.

• Diagnose mental and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and relevant diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement effective coping strategies and therapeutic interventions, adapting them as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.

• Educate patients and their families on stress management techniques and trauma coping mechanisms, enhancing their toolkit for emotional resilience.

• Monitor and document patient progress on an ongoing basis, making adjustments to treatment plans in accordance with evolving needs and responses.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and community organizations to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for each patient.

• Participate in continuous education and professional development to maintain LMHC certification and stay informed on emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Your primary focus will be on trauma injury patients who require sensitive and specialized mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
