Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to identify client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish individualized treatment plans that incorporate their personal goals, cultural background, and specific challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in various therapeutic contexts, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services for individuals experiencing acute distress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary for effective mental health management.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications\n
