Work Environment\n

As a remote position, our therapists enjoy the benefits of working from home while maintaining a structured schedule. This 100% telehealth role provides the flexibility to meet with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, allowing you to create your own schedule Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. This role is designed to eliminate the demands of in-person counseling, such as commuting and office logistics, enabling you to focus on providing the best therapeutic support to your clients. Importantly, there is no on-call work required.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to address mental health concerns, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Facilitate open discussions with clients about their emotions, thoughts, and experiences to promote self-awareness and insight.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and setting personal goals for their mental health journey.

• Utilize a solution-focused therapeutic approach to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.

Our primary clients include adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues, ranging from mild to moderate acuity. Many clients seek support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this remote therapist role, candidates must hold:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• One of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy and comfort in using telehealth platforms to conduct sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
