Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on improving their emotional and psychological health.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their feelings, experiences, and behavioral patterns to develop self-awareness.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their goals and aspirations while fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions and create comprehensive treatment plans that utilize solution-focused methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress while minimizing paperwork burden.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, all of whom have been prescreened to ensure stability and low acuity. This approach allows our therapists to focus on delivering impactful therapy without the challenges often associated with high-acuity cases. You will typically work with clients who are motivated and eager to improve their mental health, making your role pivotal in fostering positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven ability to conduct professional assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a sympathetic and empathetic nature, are crucial for building rapport with clients.

• Strong technological proficiency, enabling efficient use of our therapist portal and teletherapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment to the mental well-being of our clients will be reciprocated with a competitive salary range from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. We also provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time therapists and ensure timely weekly direct deposits for your convenience.
