Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, to support individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients, contributing to comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention when clients experience acute distress, employing your expertise and empathy to de-escalate situations and ensure their safety and well-being.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma, thus enhancing the overall understanding of mental health in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the privilege of serving a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and adjustment disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds develop the skills and resources they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent mental health license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence with sensitivity to varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic factors influencing clients’ mental health experiences.

• Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with state regulations and clinic standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing remote therapy services or familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Experience in community mental health settings or engaging in trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
