Key Responsibilities\n

As a mental health therapist at Soul Sanctuary, your key responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Active, independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.

• Organizational skills, including the ability to manage your time efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your licensing board.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with at least two years of relevant counseling experience are preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience working in outpatient settings will be advantageous as we leverage technology to enhance our service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
