Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health strengths and challenges, formulating clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches adapted to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Support clients in crisis situations by offering immediate intervention strategies and assistance during acute mental health episodes.

• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring all documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhere to ethical and legal standards of mental health practice.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to develop comprehensive care plans that address clients' multifaceted needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
