Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to guide clients toward their mental health goals.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, family members, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to provide an integrated care approach that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and other educational opportunities that support your growth as a therapist.

• Adhere to additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisory staff to ensure comprehensive support for your clients.

Qualifications\n
