Work Environment\n

This role is designed for clinicians eager to contribute to a thriving outpatient setting while enjoying the benefits of a remote work schedule. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Our outpatient office is equipped with advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling streamlined communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, ensuring an accurate diagnosis and development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to guide patients toward achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to create a safe space for patients to express their experiences and foster community.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to patients facing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community that can assist in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or a licensed psychologist within the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
