Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual’s situation.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as appropriate.

• Provide case management services that involve coordinating care with other healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuous improvement of therapy practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy and participate in team meetings to collaboratively discuss client progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
