Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population including youth, families, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. Our counselors work with clients who may struggle with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each individual is a crucial aspect of the counseling process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in California.
\n
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Strong comprehension of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from various cultural backgrounds.
