Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in their Master’s programs, ensuring they meet their educational and professional goals.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Play an active role in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, setting realistic goals, and evaluating progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse client population consisting of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve navigating these complexities and providing tailored support to facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance must be maintained throughout employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
