This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in both your schedule and work location. You will also have the opportunity to work from our outpatient office in Anaheim as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Impact Learning & Development, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and developing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.

• Providing therapeutic services in both individual and group settings, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methodologies.

• Supporting clients in managing PTSD and various behavioral health challenges through effective coping strategies and interventions.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions, assessments, and treatment updates in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with your team when interdisciplinary collaboration is needed, ensuring cohesive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will be essential in helping them feel safe and understood as they navigate their treatment. Qualifications\n

To be considered for the position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health therapy and case management.
\n
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills, showcasing your ability to articulate clinical observations and treatment strategies clearly.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), or trauma-informed care will enhance your application. Compensation and Benefits\n
