Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations of patients to assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Actively participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic practices.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and family systems approach.

• Create comprehensive patient assessments, analyze progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

• Document clinical interactions and patient progress in adherence to organizational standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a key member of our outpatient team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must hold an active license as one of the following in the state of California: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Additionally, a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
