Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision sessions for practicum students engaged in their master’s programs, ensuring they receive valuable guidance and support throughout their clinical training.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, employing tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges and goals.

• Actively collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals as well as community resources to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing revision of personalized treatment plans, using assessments and feedback to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records reflect the quality of care provided.

• Continuously engage with current research and emerging best practices in the mental health field to foster a culture of learning and improvement within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, along with a valid state license such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based raises and bonuses. New hires will also benefit from a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
