Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist/Counselor, you will carry out vital functions that drive successful therapeutic outcomes. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapy sessions in various formats, including individual, child, couples, group, or family therapy, tailored to meet client requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing various therapeutic needs based on client demographics, including those from culturally and ethnically diverse backgrounds. The ability to communicate in Spanish or an additional language is highly valued and offers a unique advantage for connecting with clients who may benefit from bilingual services.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field and hold a valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Additionally, successful applicants must be in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (CA BBS) and registered with the CAQH.

Compensation and Benefits\n
