Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapeutic services utilizing appropriate techniques for individuals and families, addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather relevant information on clients' histories and formulate initial discharge plans.

• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions, including one-on-one, group, or family therapy, guided by tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and coordinate treatment planning for each patient based on assessment findings, regularly updating plans as needed to reflect progress and changing needs.

• Document all therapy sessions and interactions rigorously to meet facility standards, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Manage an assigned caseload efficiently, maintaining documentation and timely follow-ups as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
