Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify each client's unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active counselor license in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and establish trust with clients quickly and effectively.

• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems is preferred; you will be trained to utilize our specific software as part of your onboarding.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is required, candidates with backgrounds in trauma-informed care, community mental health, or diverse therapeutic modalities will stand out. Additionally, any familiarity with telehealth practices and digital tools for therapy will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) plan to support your long-term financial goals.
