Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, utilizing a telehealth model of care that enables our therapists to connect with clients via secure online platforms. Our team operates primarily during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility built in to address varying patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that prioritize cultural context and individual experiences while formulating tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote mental health, resilience, and emotional well-being across various demographics.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals, ensuring a seamless approach to patient care through regular communication and coordination.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support, employing effective strategies to help clients navigate acute emotional distress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can facilitate their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to practice in California.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches that prioritize cultural sensitivity.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
