Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to balance professional obligations while working from home. Our telehealth platform ensures that our therapists can connect with clients in a comfortable setting, thus enhancing the therapeutic experience. You will primarily work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to meet patient needs. Our remote environment promotes a collaborative culture where therapists actively engage in team discussions and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that adapt to the cultural contexts of each patient, ensuring personalized treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ unique backgrounds, focusing on their strengths and challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to empower patients in managing their mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to orchestrate a seamless care experience for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques to assist clients in high-stress situations.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources, fostering informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in case reviews, team strategy sessions, and cultural competency training to continuously enhance service delivery.

• Stay abreast of developments in mental health research, best practices, and societal trends affecting therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in accordance with Colorado state regulations.

• A strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic techniques, with an emphasis on cultural competence in treatment.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in culturally responsive manners that resonate with diverse patient groups.

• Proven crisis intervention skills and the capacity to operate effectively during high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and comfort with digital communication tools.
\n
• A commitment to uphold professional ethics, client confidentiality, and establish appropriate boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Thrive Space Counseling Services offers a competitive salary between USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
