This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or chosen location. While you will primarily operate independently, you will also engage in regular virtual meetings with our caring team members. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate a client's trauma history and inform treatment planning.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience, leveraging both established protocols and innovative therapeutic approaches.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in individual and group therapy settings.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to aid clients in processing traumatic experiences and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for every patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to help stabilize clients and address their immediate psychological needs.

• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses, adaptive coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with both legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and learning collaboratively to improve practice.

• Stay informed about the latest research in trauma therapy and integrate new insights into professional practice.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a compassionate, non-judgmental approach with clients.

• Technology Skills: Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications to manage case documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience implementing trauma-focused therapies and interventions is a significant advantage. Moreover, being able to work under pressure while maintaining composure and empathy is critical to success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
