Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use issues, identifying co-occurring disorders and their complexities.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on the development of coping mechanisms, relapse prevention strategies, and techniques for emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A solid grasp of the complex relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, complemented by excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
