Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their needs, challenges, and goals, using clinically relevant tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities based on best practices.

• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions that foster personal growth and emotional well-being through both in-person and teletherapy settings.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress to ensure appropriate adjustments to treatment plans are made.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies to support best practices in therapeutic care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with evolving practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals facing various mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or have a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
