Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, utilizing various treatment modalities, to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based interventions and measurable progress goals.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client sessions, including treatment notes, progress updates, and any modifications made to the treatment plan in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate actively with fellow mental health professionals to enhance care coordination, share insights, and collectively improve client outcomes.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health regulations, treatment best practices, and community resources to provide clients with the most effective support.

• Deliver crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling to assist clients in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and unrestricted license as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health services.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining a high level of accuracy in documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and familiarity with digital tools for client management and communication.

• Preference for candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
