The Relieve Trauma Counseling Center is seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), to join our exceptional team. This full-time position allows professionals to provide critical mental health support through a remote telehealth setting, enabling therapists to address a diverse range of mental health conditions with flexibility and innovation.

Work Environment\n

This role operates primarily in a remote telehealth setup, providing the flexibility to deliver care from anywhere while maintaining a consistent schedule. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. The telehealth environment allows therapists to engage with clients via secure video conferencing, ensuring convenience and accessibility for both therapists and patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting emotional and psychological well-being.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, in the delivery of tailored interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to create a sense of community and connection among clients facing shared challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, employing skills and strategies to stabilize and support clients effectively.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in professional development opportunities including case consultations and team meetings, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches relevant to diverse client backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
