Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and individual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and advanced psychotherapeutic techniques.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, consistently monitoring and evaluating client progress to achieve desired health outcomes.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that involve collaborative problem-solving and conflict resolution, ensuring all family members feel heard and supported.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including social workers and other mental health professionals, to create comprehensive care strategies that address both mental and emotional health needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization support to families in acute distress, leveraging de-escalation strategies and ensuring safety for all family members.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
