Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews, identifying patient needs and formulating appropriate intervention strategies.

• Provide tailored, evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions that holistically address mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care, ensuring a seamless continuum of services for patients.

• Develop individualized care plans with specific, measurable goals to track patient progress and adjust treatment methodologies as needed.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in case consultations and supervision with colleagues to enhance clinical skills and promote Best Practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus primarily on a diverse population of outpatient clients grappling with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse disorders. Your expertise will help guide clients through their mental health challenges and empower them to achieve their fullest potential. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds, promoting cultural competency and sensitivity in every therapeutic interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current State of Pennsylvania License as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience working in outpatient settings or familiar with telehealth platforms will be preferred. Previous exposure to a multidisciplinary care model and knowledge of local community resources for referrals will be advantageous in enhancing patient care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
