Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client mental health needs, formulating personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices in therapy.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, utilizing various methodologies—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy—to foster healing in individuals, groups, and families.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care across multiple settings.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Participate in community outreach efforts aimed at mental health education to promote awareness, reduce stigma, and empower individuals to seek help.

Qualifications\n

• An active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for establishing therapeutic relationships and effective collaboration with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to understand and engage with diverse populations effectively.

• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and client information accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic practices.
