Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ mental health status, identify specific needs, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients through modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. For example, utilizing CBT to help a patient challenge negative thought patterns underlying their anxiety.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at empowering individuals and families to better understand mental health issues and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Offer immediate support during crisis situations to patients, employing de-escalation strategies as needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and stay informed about best practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing care to a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
