Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations through behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management plans.

• Efficiently complete and document required clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement positive behavior support strategies.

• Actively contribute to licensing and accreditation procedures, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards.

• Serve as a liaison for relevant service systems and community partners, advocating for clients' needs and fostering connections within the healthcare landscape.

• Establish and maintain effective communication lines with clients, colleagues, and external partners to facilitate the delivery of exceptional care.
