Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to cultural and community contexts.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling, helping clients navigate various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Implement crisis intervention protocols when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during critical situations.

• Lead engaging therapy groups that focus on relevant themes such as coping strategies, mindfulness, and personal development, fostering peer support and interaction.

• Collaborate with other health professionals and community partners to coordinate care and resources for patients, enhancing the overall care experience.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with applicable ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
