Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy and counseling services to clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC with Wellness Recovery & Counseling Centers, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
