Key Responsibilities\n

• Carefully assess and evaluate the evolving needs of patients in accordance with established policies and guidelines for outpatient care and partial hospitalization.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique requirements of each client, with a focus on fostering symptom relief and enhancing functionality.

• Conduct individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy as deemed therapeutically necessary, ensuring a therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

• Educate patients on the healing process, providing them with coping strategies and techniques to manage their mental health.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive logs of clinical productivity to meet organizational standards, reflecting your commitment to accountability.

• Actively participate in program planning alongside the psychiatric team and other relevant personnel, ensuring a shared approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on treating a diverse clientele, including children, teens, and young adults struggling with varying degrees of mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California LPCC license.
\n
• A Master's degree in a relevant field, including a minimum of nine credits specifically related to clinical practice in human services.

• A minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to children, teens, or young adults.

• Strong collaborative skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and contributions, this role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year.
