Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact on clients' lives. Although primarily remote, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through digital platforms, ensuring seamless communication and support for your clients. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends required to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish individualized treatment goals.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, leveraging various therapeutic modalities to guide clients toward achieving their desired outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing appropriate interventions that cater to diverse therapeutic needs.

• Engage collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure holistic care for each client.

Qualifications\n
