Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that all sessions are productive and goal-oriented.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, tailored to each client's context.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other clinicians, to provide holistic support and consistent care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards within the field of mental health.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely-related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A solid understanding of and compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
