Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing a rapport and building positive relationships that foster trust, while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Regularly meet with clients to assess progress, discuss challenges, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharges, as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that focus on the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine the most appropriate course of action.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions consistently each week, applying evidence-based practices.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at New Life Solutions Clinic, you will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population that includes adults, children, and family units. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• At least three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing computers and digital tools, including spreadsheets, patient management systems, and Outlook.
