Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for every client.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with best practices and emerging research in the field of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent upon experience and caseload availability.
