Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client focus at Noble Counseling includes individuals experiencing trauma-related conditions, such as PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based trauma-informed treatment methods.

• A capacity to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress environments.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates with a deep understanding of trauma-focused therapeutic techniques will be highly regarded. Experience utilizing specific interventions such as EMDR or TF-CBT is a valuable asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
