Work Environment\n

The position is primarily remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to deliver your expertise in an outpatient setting. Our team operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, facilitating the development of effective treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailoring approaches to meet each patient's unique needs.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to process their trauma, enhance coping strategies, and support their healing journey.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care, offering comprehensive support for all aspects of patient well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a safe and responsive environment for patients.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources, empowering them to participate actively in their treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate records for each patient's treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
