Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and craft targeted treatment approaches tailored to their individual needs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to ensure integrated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
